"What we're going to do now is cross fiber friction. In this we get really into the muscle fibers so I'm just going to get in there. I'm doing friction. You can do cross fiber which is one thumb or the other or you can actually just rub the fibers together, like kind of hitting them together. Just rubbing over them and it gets really really hot and loosens them up. You get a lot of blood flow. You can do one over the other or you can do fast motions over the fiber, inside of the curve or outside of the curve it doesn't matter. Because by now at this point you should be a little more relaxed, and the body should be a little more balanced. And that concludes our series on scoliosis, lordosis, and kyphosis which I call theosis."
