"ALEXSON ROY: So we did tapotement. We did warming up. We did a couple of modalities. We stole some stuff from shiatsu. So now, what we're going to do is we're going to do stretches. I told you do not do this and this. Don't do this. So it's like: What can I do? The best thing to do when you're kinda stretching this part out is to pull out. That's it, okay? You want to pull away, okay? You want to stretch and just pull away. A lot of times when I work the forearm and I do everything that I have to do, I always grab the hand and grab right below on the wrist and I just pull. That's it. I just pull away, okay? 'Cause there's so much jammed up in here. That's what you want to do. That you want to just pull away and kinda like bring the muscle out of that little area just for a little bit and then relax. You'll feel your hand come out of the socket just a little bit and relax. Okay? So that concludes our series on forearm and anything that has to do with carpal tunnel syndrome."
