"ALEXSON ROY: Okay. So this is what we're going to do. This right here is something you can do yourself or--if towards the end of a session, it's called tapotement, okay? It's just a light tap, okay? You can do this on your forearm also. Just get your other hand and let your wrist go. Don't kill yourself, no pounding. Love yourself, okay? You're just going to light pounding, okay? All throughout the forearm, okay? Just up and down, rapid movement. You can do one area for a little while then move. It doesn't really matter how you do it. Just kinda hit that muscle. It's like you're beating it, like you're tenderizing it, okay? There you go. So next, what we're going to do is we're going to do stretches. I'll show you a couple of stretches that you can do."
