"ALEXSON ROY: So what we're going to do now is we're going to do cross-fiber friction, okay? We're going to begin the actual massage of the forearms, and cross fiber is nothing more than kinda like muscle over muscle, okay? Muscle over muscle or large circular motions on the muscle. All you're doing is kinda twisting it and braiding it, okay? Twist. Can you see how my hands just kinda go one over the other? The muscles are doing the same thing. They're just touching, overlapping. And when I say muscles, I mean more of the fibers, not the actual muscle-muscle. It's like the little fibers and you like kinda doing this thing with them, twisting one over the other. That's all you do. If your hand--if your thumbs overlap like this, you're doing it right. If anything, one hand over top of the other, that's cross fiber. So what we're going to do next is I want to do another technique to sort of begin the massage and relax this area."
