"ALEXSON ROY: So now, what we're going to do is we're going to do something to warm up the arm other than strokes, okay? Light pressure, okay? You're going to apply light pressure to the palm where you see his fingers moving, okay? Because that's what these muscles do. They help innervate the fingers, okay? All the muscles. That's how you know if they're going through this sheath area of the carpal tunnel. See? See how they move? So the same thing on the inside, the same thing, just press. The inside has more antagonist muscles which I mean, these are the main components, okay? The ones on the front part of the forearm, these are the ones that really, really do all the work. It's hard to get through them here. So these muscles are more like the antagonists to the muscles on the top part of the wrist, okay? So that's another way to warm up the forearm."
