"ALEXSON ROY: So the dos and don'ts, okay? Do, come see me. Don't, roll your wrist. Don't do none of this, okay? Really. But--so what we're going to do now is we're going to kinda warm the wrist up, okay? And so what I'm going to do--I'm just going to do just some nice, little streams, okay? That's it, just nice, relaxing, no pressure, just nice, little streams up and down the hand or forearm to the hand. And you kinda--maybe you want to concentrate on those muscles that we've talked about earlier--the longus muscles, anything around the radius or ulna. All of them, you kinda just want to focus on them. Work on the inside. Once again, just really light. Okay? So just strokes up and down, and up and down the arm, okay? So next, what we're going to do is we're going to do a light pressure up and down the arm."
