"Okay we are alot of information, how do we put it to use. Create a life program from a stress management person's prespective. How do we do that, probably sitting down with a pencil and a paper is the most effective way to do this. If you are willing to incorporate stress managment as part of your daily life then you will be able to get the maximum benefit from the various things we have done here. So, here's an example sit down with a pencil and a paper and make a list of activities that you go through during the day figure out when during those activities you can do a relaxation exercise . A brief one you can use the one you did here or do a little more research in the library or in the bookstore. Plan when to do that and how you will remind yourself to do it. Do you need that digital watch do you want to that the colored dots that you can buy at the stationary store and put them in various places. The refrigerator, the telephone, your daily calendar to remind you to relax. So that each time you see one of these things you might ask yourself the question how am I doing what's my stress situation and can I relax. Or you can just do a relaxation exercise everytime you come across one of these. Now they are tricky because after a while you wil stop seeing them. So part of your plan is to move them around if its on one part of the telephone put it on another part. Put it on the steering wheel of your car or on the door handle so that each of these things will remind you to relax. Another approach is this is to make sure that things that are stressors in your life that could be work could be the freeway could be financial problems are attended to if you know they are problems there should be some place in your daily life that includes solving them. Here's the problem, what am I going to do to solve this particular problem what resources do I need so that you could begin to resolve them and relieve whatever stress that is connected with them. This is also cruical for a good stress management program. "
