"Did you know that tigers don't always attack things.Sometimes they rest. Tigers we often would like to be when we have to deal with business issues or family or our children or traffic on the freeway. The image that we have is often taking strong decisive perhaps even agressive actions. Well somehing we can learn from tigers is that they also rest. And if you happen to have a kitten at home or a cat. cat s are small tigers. And you will notice that first of all they can claw you to pieces if they really want to, but when they are not busy doing that when they are not busy stalking something in the yard playing with each other perhaps dealing with a loud noise they're resting. They are asleep or they are totally quiet they have the ability to go from active ready for danger to quiet in a few seconds. This is a very handy skill cause what it means is there's no wasted energy that's why a tiger can run 35 miles an hour to chase down a target and then after they are done doing that they can fall fast asleep. What if we could do that. What if we could deal with our dangers in whatever form they come when its necessary and gear up in any way necessary to solve the problem and then when the problem aren't going on when the danger don't exist stop quiet our minds relax our bodies then and enjoy a kind of recuperation and mental quietness. We'll be talking about how to do that. Our next clip will be called mini vacations."
