Series Summary

Overcoming anxiety can be one of the most difficult tasks a person will have to deal with in their lifetime. In fact, it is estimated that up to 10 percent of otherwise healthy people will experience an isolated panic attack about once per year, and that 1 in 60 people in the U.S. will suffer from a panic disorder at some point in their lifetime. This means that tackling the physical symptoms of anxiety like hot flashes, chest pain, sudden tiredness, headaches, shortness of breath, problems digesting, and nausea will be issues that many, many people will have to deal with; to say nothing of the psychological factors.

In this free video, our expert Allan Rabinowitz will talk about how to overcome anxiety. Allan will talk about testing stress levels, contingency samples, the symptoms of stress, flight and flight reactions, treating stress, managing stress and anxiety, and the importance of vacations. Allan will also talk about setting priorities, work environments, getting rest, and where to get more information on treating stress and anxiety.
