" Hi I’m Angela on behalf of Expert Village.com and right now I am going to show you a home remedies technique for foot aches. This is basically what you want to do. Get into a bathtub and place one foot in it while sitting at the edge and then place running water on it for several minutes but alternating each minute from hot to cold. This stimulates the muscles and gets them running and it is also very soothing as a massage on the foot. So you want to get the water running at its strongest point and put it on where it is comfortably hot. It may take a while for your bathtub to heat up, just kind of wait. I can feel the massage in my foot and I can move my foot around and feel the pressure of the pressure points in there. I’ll do this for a minute and alternate to cold. Comfortably cold not ice cold. Then back and forth, back and forth. "
