Hi I’m Angela and right now I am going to show you home remedy technique for bad breath. What is easy to avoid getting bad breath is not eating spicy sliced deli meat or garlic at lunch if you are out with your co-workers. Dairy also tends to stick and gives you bad breath as well. A technique that you can use is carry a tooth brush with you to work and brush your teeth after every meal and carry a small tube of tooth paste with you. Also which works really well and which scrubs your tongue really well which eliminates bad breath is an automatic tooth brush. Very simple and it does all the brushing for you. Also, what you can do if you don’t want to lug around a tooth brush all the time is just have a little spray that you can get at any local convenience store. It is a mint flavor and you simply just squirt on your tongue and it gives you a little shot of this mint flavor which refreshes your mouth and everything and it tastes as though I just brushed my teeth.
