Hi I’m Angela and right now I am going to show you a home remedy technique for allergies. Often when you have allergies in your home, it is either because you own a dog or cat or there are things that have been unkempt where dust has collected. It is very important that you vacuum and you mop regularly. But on top of it in your kitchen that you are scrubbing little places so it is very important that you always have 409 or Windex on you because this always eliminates dust as well as cleans the house. Dust is most commonly what causes you to sneeze. What is helpful is to pull things out from little crevices in your place in here where you would not ordinarily see it necessary to wash because you don’t really use that area but in actuality, that is where all the dust is collecting. So you just want to go through each little area to eliminate the dust. It is almost like a spring cleaning.
