Video Transcript

" Hi I’m Angela on behalf of Expert Village.com and right now I am going to show you a home remedies technique for opening your pores which prevent acne. What I have here is just a regular size pan with a little bit of boiling water and a cloth. What I am going to demonstrate to you is how to open the pores. What I am going to do is place this cloth over my head and just not completely put my face close to the pan but just slightly over it and I will feel the heat and for about 5 to 10 minutes I will just let it open my pores and I will breathe in and out very slowly. It feels like a sauna. If you ever feel that the temperature is too hot for your face and too intense, you can always lower the temperature or even allow it to boil and then turn it off and at that point it cools down but there is still so much steam coming up that it will do a lot to your face.
