"Hi! I am Angela and right now I will be talking about posture in different chairs that are used. This chair is a piano bench, and as you can see it has no back support. When you do not have any back support, you are very likely just to slouch forward because you are depending on that for your posture. However, there are ways to practice posture so that you do have proper posture without proper back support. Also, I will show you from this side, you will notice this is good posture and my back is straight, and I’m in the position as though I were about to play the piano or even work on the computer, but a lot of people are likely to slouch forward because of the lack of back support. If you do this for a long period of time, you will have extreme pain in your neck because you are hyperextending it. This is another chair. It does have a backrest; however it should not be used for back support, because its ergonomics are just completely not structured for the back. See if I lean, I can lean forward like this. It has no direction whatsoever in the back, so you do not want to depend on this at all; more so leave it as a decoration and have a proper posture like this. This chair, business chair used in offices frequently because people are using computers, is very ergonomic. You can see the back support right here and also the neck support, so if I sit in this chair, I can actually lean back and it corrects my posture because of this right here, and the neck support. And also if you are working on the computer, you can still have improper posture and have this chair by leaning forward, because your chair is too far back. What you need to do is actually push up the chair closer to your desk and have the keyboard to where you can type like this. And these are various chairs used for posture."
