"Hi! I am Angela and right now I am going to discuss posture and proper footwear for a good posture. You want to avoid wearing high heels, because when you wear shoes that do not work along with the arch of your foot, they actually throw off your complete center of gravity, which affects the back and your posture and can even create permanent damage. These are three examples of shoes that I have. These shoes for men and women for exercising have proper arch, because they are used for running and you are hitting the concrete hard, and this support helps you so that you do not have permanent back damage or ankle damage. And you can also have proper posture with this while running; whereas if I were running in sandals, I would be constantly compensating for the lack of arch, where I will be leaning forward because I would be trying not to fall. These shoes are really, really good for hiking because of the high arch and correct the posture and it also grips the ground easily, so that you are not constantly leaning forward. You can have more support and more center of gravity."
