"Hi! I am Angela and right now I will be discussing posture and proper eating posture. What you want to do is pull close up to the table so that you are not always leaning forward. So you want to pull up close to the table, and you do not want to rely on the back seat, because commonly dining tables do not cater to the back, they are merely more like a decoration and they are not ergonomic; they have no back support and if I lean against this, I end up slouching. I have to be conscious of my posture and also of leaning forward when I am eating. Lets say I am cutting a piece of meat, I should not lean forward like this more so maintain my posture and bring it up to my mouth. Or if I need anything, lets say I am getting a drink make sure that my back is straight while I am leaning forward and not going like this. And that is the proper posture for eating. And also for things that are very far away, it is almost inevitable for me to bend my back to reach for it in which case, I will ask the person to pass it to me."
