" Hi! I am Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com, and right now I am going to be taking about posture and the pains that can be induced from poor ergonomics and posture. Ergonomics is how your back is positioned and how your chair is structured. If it is poor ergonomics, you are not sitting properly in a chair or the chair is not good for leaning against. You have to have a good posture by yourself and not depend on the back support right here. If you have poor ergonomics and poor posture, you will be able to recognize this, because it will only occur while you are doing the thing that you are doing whether it is in the office or at home cleaning, and it goes away once you change your movement, so if you realize that while you are doing this specific task and it starts to begin in the neck area right here, slowly moving to the shoulders and upper back and in extreme situations, it will move into even the lower back. If you experience this pain only while you are doing that task, that is clearly a sign of poor ergonomics and posture. A way to cure this is to move around and stop what you are doing and then concentrate on posture next time you approach that task. And this is a way to avoid the pain and to correct your posture. "
