"This is the basics of massage, talk about your linens. Most jurisdictions require a fresh set of linens for every client that you work on. That generally involves both the bottom sheet or covering for the table, any kind of top sheet that you may use and/or towel or towels if you use various towels for covering. This will also include any covering that you may use on the face cradle if you're using a professional table. As always, with issues like this, consult those local jurisdictions and find out exactly what is required and what's not required. One of the other issues that people frequently find they face is, once the linens are used, what does it take to clean them? If you're using oils, more often than not, you're going to need detergents that contain some type of borax or boric acid to get the oil out of the linens. A lot of the various other creams and lotions that are available may or may not require that, but oils will certainly require some type of boric acid to get them out of the fibers of the linen. That's basic massage, linens."
