"Another great way to eat a healthy diet when you're busy is to learn how to develop healthy relationship with food. Because you are always on the go and you're going to have this decision you have to make when you are shopping or decisions you have to make when maybe when stuck in the meeting two hours that you thought it was going to last twenty minutes. Building a healthy relationship with food helps you make decisions knowing that vitamins and mineral, antioxidants are in your foods. Also knowing which foods are going to nurture you and which foods really might just provide you with a little bit of nutrients but you want to eat them in moderation. Developing healthy relationship with food is really about education yourself with what food is really truly providing you with. Once you start to do that and you eat something like a brownie, then you'll be able to eat it with out guilt and move forward. Then you'll be able to select healthy options which are really going to help provide you with nutrients and the energy you need to get with your busy day."
