"If you're a busy individual you might want to start choosing wholesome organic foods. The reason that I say that is because if you are in a hurry and if you are grabbing some of those processed foods, you are already getting some of those hydrating oils, pesticides and things like that. So if you can start thinking about grabbing some organic foods the whole foods, then you can decrease those toxins that you might be putting into your body. When I say organic wholesome foods I mean whole foods that are not processed. So whole fruits and vegetables non processed, proteins like steak or chicken breast, a whole turkey something like that. With dairy of course, it does need some processing because we need to kill some bacteria so we don't get sick but choosing an organic dairy products is a really good idea."
