"So now let's talk about proteins. It's really easy to find convenient proteins when you have a busy schedule and protein is great because it helps keep you full. But you do want to be careful that you don't consume to much protein because then you might not be getting all of the other foods that you need by getting too full too quickly. So you want to make sure that you're still getting your fruits and vegetable and whole grains and dairy. So with protein, you can carry nuts and those go so well in your purse, in your desk, in your backpack; they go where ever you go. Also lentils, you can keep those in the refrigerator. I talked about having beans in the refrigerator and the piece of salmon that I have here was actually already smoked at the grocery store. So I don't even have to cook it, it's so simple and convenient and ready to go. So keep your eyes open so that way when you are out and about you can get some ideas about how you can eat as a busy individual on the go and still can get your protein. But be careful like I said. You don't want to get too much protein because it does put a lot of stress on your kidney and of course if you're filling up on protein you might not be getting a lot of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that other foods provide you with."
