"There are a lot of misconceptions of about fat. Especially if you're from the era where the fat free fat was really big and that was before protein, diets were really big. But in fact fats can be really extremely healthy for you the healthy fats that you make sure your consuming are the amino saturated fats and the poly saturated fats. Those come from food such as walnuts, avocados, nuts and seeds the omega three fatty acids, fatty fish. Those are all wonderful fats that you want to be consuming. An example of how important getting the right amount of fats can be free you is important for example I had a client who was an athlete and she wanted to decrease her body fat percentage. After looking at her diet I recognize she was not getting enough of her right fats. So after increasing her fats in two weeks she was able to decrease her body at percentage to three percent of that success."
