"I am going to show you how to ship in and mail your Hepatitis C results. Remove the second package from the box and notice there is a little reminder did you completely fill the circle on the blood, sample card with blood, which we did here. Filled our blood sample. Check to make sure the blood soaked through and completely fill the circle on the back of the card and there we look on the back and see that it completely soaked through. Record the required information on the blood sample card, our date right there and air dry the blood spot for 30 minutes before inserting it in the pouch. So, this has been sitting here for 30 minutes and we are going to take our blood sample card and we place it in the pouch. Be careful when sliding your sample in there because there is a little freshness packet in there that needs to stay in there. Slide it in, remove the stripping which is kind of like a sticker, fold it over and seal it rubbing on there to make sure it is tight. Then we grab our pre-paid postage box, slide it in, remove the tape from this box, fold it over and seal. We are ready to go to the post office. "
