"On behalf of Expert Village I am going to show you how to call in and record your personal identification number for your home hepatitis testing kit. It’s really important when you pull out your kit your test is going to be here and can you edit that from earlier, you want to make sure that you don’t touch this inside filter because that’s where your blood sample is going to be. So it’s really important to not mess with that area. We’re going to call the 1-800 number that’s listed here on the yellow section of your testing card. You want to make sure you use a touch tone telephone number as a cell phone won’t work for this test. Upon calling you may be told that when you call in for your test results you may be asked to fill out a survey regardless of the test results that your receive and that’s just a way for them to ensure quality assurance for the test and for you as the client. You are going to be asked to enter your 14-digit personal identification number listed here and also at the top of your card. You are going to be asked to press pound at the end and that confirms your identification number. "
