"Okay, so this is actually from the American Massage Therapy Association's Massage Journal, and it's a very nicely comprehensive map of both feet, your right bottom and your left bottom. You can see they've got, this is the liver over here, and the stomach over here. It's nicely colored so you can get a sense of where things are on your feet. Here's another book, The Complete Illustrated Guide to Reflexology, and I like this one because it goes into the different...this one's very detailed about all the specific...the feet are such a good center not only for muscles and organs, but also for glands. So your adrenal glands are all up along here, your thyroid is here. You've got very specific nerves that all end up in your foot. Your pituitary gland right along here, and yeah, this is a really helpful map. This is a good teaching book too, I just use it at home. It's great to have a good home reference that you can...I mean it really is such a specifically targeted type of massage modality, a type of massage therapy that it's real easy to pick up and you don't really need a lot of equipment or extensive training to help yourself or help a client, family member, or partner. Next we'll have to do a couple one, that would be fun. Yeah, it's great, touch is so healing. "
