"How many reflexology treatments and how often should someone go see a reflexologist? Well, reflexology is actually one of those things that, because it targets parts of your body so specifically, if you have a specific ailment or something that is chronic or something that you want to work on, you know, neck tension you want to really work on decreasing, it is something that you can actually do every day and it is such an easy thing to do. Anytime you are at your desk working and you are stressed, you begin to feel that headache tinge or your stomach rumbling, you can work on your hand at that point. Also because it doesn't require so much supplies in terms of table and oil and getting undressed it is so much easier to do. And because we are on our feet everyday all the time and because just of gravity our blood always goes to our feet. So elevating our feet at the end of the day and doing just the basics of squeezing up and down along your spine and right at your solar plexis can go such a long way into improving circulation. Like if you've got chronic sciatica that can really...If you have sciatica, the sciatic nerve in your hip goes straight down the back to your heel and you can actually, when it is really inflamed, you can actually feel it in your heel. And so anyone with any sort of chronic issue can really benefit from some spot treatment of like working your head and neck, specifically here. I'm actually feeling instant gratification. My neck, I can just feel it loosening up and kind of cracking and feeling so much more limber. Instantly, as soon as you press there. It's amazing."
