And I'm going to show you how to relax your body in order to enter into a hypnotic state. Brad would you be my demonstrator? I'll be happy to. Very good. So Brad if you would just begin by closing your eyes. And place your focus and attention on your eyes. It's always very important to place your focus on the body parts that you want to relax. Placing your focus and attention on your eyes, I'd like you to relax your eye muscles to the point that they just won't work. We always start with the eye muscles. So relaxing your eye muscles to the point that they just won't work and when you're sure that they won't work Brad, just go ahead and test them slightly for us, ok very good. You might be able to see here on screen that he tested them very slightly and they actually caught and he saw that they just won't work. Now as we continue on, now I'm going to ask you to place your focus and attention on your jaw and chin. Just allow your jaw and chin to relax and let go. Just relax and let go. Very good. Now I can't see that he is relaxing but I'm assuming that he is relaxing and having worked with Brad before I can get an idea of what he looks like as he continues to relax and deepens his relaxation. Now Brad place your focus and attention on your neck, the front of your neck, the back of your neck and the sides of your neck. Just allow your shoulders to slump down, you are supported by the chair, you feel so comfortable and easy, just allow your shoulders to slump down, actually I saw that his shoulders drop down. And your elbows relax, and your forearms relax, and your hands and fingers release. Just allow your hands and fingers to release and let go. And now place your focus and attention on your chest. Allow your chest to let go and relax just let it go. And you can see his head is beginning to drop down as he becomes more and more relaxed. Now place your focus and attention on your stomach. Just allow all the muscles on your stomach to just release and let go, very good. And your hips, they sink down deeply too, you're completely supported by the chair. Just allow yourself to drop deeply into the chair, very good. And from my end I can even see some eye movement, hopefully you can see it on the screen. A sure sign of relaxation. And now your legs, just allow your legs to just be supported by the chair, so heavy, heavy as lead, just very heavy. And your knees relax, very good, and your calves relax, just place your focus and attention on your calves. Just allow your calves and your shins to let go. And now even your feet and toes, just let them relax, very, very heavy, very heavy. Very good. And this is exactly how we relax our entire body."
