"Hi. I'm Beth Pry from Mindlinks on behalf of Expert Village. And today I have with me Brad Brewer. Owner of the Brad Brewer Golf Academy in the beautiful Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. Today we're talking about self hypnosis. And we're talking about relaxing your eye muscles. And why is it that we should relax our eye muscles? I'll tell you. The reason why we should relax our eye muscles is because our eye muscles are the easiest muscle group in our entire body to relax. And all the purpose is of self hypnosis is to show yourself that you have the ability to relax. Once you're relaxed your subconscious mind can get new ideas that will help improve your game. And the other reason why you want to relax your eye muscles is because when you're relaxed you can focus so much better, too. So beginning with your eye muscles and showing yourself that you can relax a body part, and we always start with the easiest. Isn't that the way we do things in life? We start with an easy task. We master that and then we go up to the more difficult and challenging task. So why you begin with your relaxing your eye muscles, because they're the easiest muscle group in the whole body. Once we relax the eye muscles then we go progressively down the body and relax all the rest of them. But like I said we start at the top with the easiest and that's the best place to start."
