"Hi. I'm Beth Pry from Mindlinks on behalf of Expert Village. And today I have with me Brad Brewer who owns the Brad Brewer Golf Academy at Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. And in this segment we're going to talk about the benefits of hypnosis. The first thing that I want to address with you is why we close our eyes when we do hypnosis. So I'm just going to ask Brad to easily and gently close your eyes. Okay. And if you could just remain with your eyes closed as I talk to the audience here. Why we close our eyes is because soon as our eyes are closed our brain level begins to shimmy down. There's four different levels to brain activity and we want our brain level to be at a lower state of less inactivity. That way we can begin to relax. And that's the most important step in self hypnosis is to be relaxed. So why we close our eyes is so our brain can be relaxed. We can begin the relaxation. And that is why we close our eyes. Thank you Brad. You can open now. That was easy."
