" Hello my name is Freddy and this is Billy. We are both herbalists based in China Town, New York City. Our address is 217 Center Street and our phone number is 212-274-8226. Today are talking about Chinese herbs in particular this herb is called and in English it will be apricot kernel or the actual seed and we use this mainly in Chinese medicine to open up the lungs, any kind of respiratory conditions and it is also great laxative to move any constipation issues. When used singly as by itself this is actually quite poisonous but we use it in Chinese herb, with other herbs that counterbalances poisonous effect. This herb like Freddy said you cannot use it individual so it is very well for coughing and if anyone has a severe cough this is a good herb that you can mix it with other herbs for coughing as well and so we will be right back."
