"Hi! I'm Brenda F. Dixon with Life Help Now in Nashville, Tennessee, and we're here today with Expert Village. Our topic is how to deal with anxiety disorder. I wanted to give the viewer another little tip on how to handle this. The basis of anxiety disorder is fear. When people are fearful it makes their heart race. They have all kinds of symptoms that create a problem inside of them. Once they know how to handle this fear, they begin to get empowered. If a person has the power to say a word, upset them, and make their heart really pound, then they also have the power to reverse it by saying another word. I tell them do no fear. Do not fear man. I tell them do not fear slanderous words, words that are spoken against you by another person. I also tell people if you fear a person long enough, you'll actually become what you fear. Those are some things that people most of the time haven't really thought about. I just tell them simply, you can do it because I've said it. You can do it. I just tell them do not fear. "
