"Hi! I'm Brenda F. Dixon, the owner of Life Help Now in Nashville, Tennessee, and we're here today with Expert Village. Our topic is how to deal with anxiety. I want to give you some little hints, some little tips, just in case you're someone who has this disorder and you're wondering what do I do, how do I handle this. I always say go to a counselor, but let's say you want to try take care of it yourself. One of the things I would tell someone that had this disorder is to know that your words are the most powerful things that you say, think, or do. Your words have to be changed. If you speak about fear, if you think about fear, if you act and you have fear, then you are going to be in this panic mode with fear. A little hint is you take that fear and begin to change it with words that have no fear in it. Completely change the words that you speak, the way that you think, the way that you talk, and the way that you act. There's a little techniques that I give you to show you how to do this, but that is the second tip on how to get free of this anxiety. "
