"Hi! I'm Brenda F. Dixon, the owner of Life Help Now in Nashville, Tennessee. I'm a licensed clinical social worker here with Expert Village. Our topic today is how to deal with anxiety disorders. I've told you about a couple of the common ones. I wanted to continue by telling you a little bit more about another one. Another disorder is post traumatic stress disorder. This disorder became popular during the Vietnam veteran era. There were vets that would come back from war and they would begin to relive and rethink and renew their thoughts on things that would happen. When they did this, they found out that people would have the same panic all over again. It would just kind of erupt in them. People could hear a song that was going on during that era, and it would actually start people going into their panic again. Another disorder is post traumatic stress disorder. It's common. A lot of people say that they have because of a rape or some kind of divorce, domestic violence, or some sort of disorder that has occurred in their lives. It's not just with Vietnam veterans. That's just want made it popular."
