I want to give you a little more detail about panic disorders. Many times people will try to get rid of the sensation of that kind of choking feeling that their air being cut off, their heart just trembling rapidly, and they'll scream or they'll run away. They'll try all kinds of ways to get free from that panic feeling. There are really some techniques that have to be dealt with and brought into play here so they'll know how to handle that kind of problem with panic disorder. There's another disorder that's called a generalized anxiety disorder. This disorder comes from situations that people are in, events that occur, a lot of stress. It kind of goes all the way across the board. It generally affects people. The root of it again is fear, worry, persevering negative thoughts, things that just kind of hamper the thinking.
