"Alright now let's talk about ER sounds that occur in the beginning or middle parts of the word. The er sound like as in worm, earth worm, become OI. The er sound becomes oi so that now you have oith woim. It's no longer an earth worm because you're taking your ERs and you're making it oith woim. It's an oi, oi, not an er, er anymore. So now, remember that this is in the beginning sounds or in the back end sounds. Perfect becomes poirfect because the ER is at the beginning of the word. Search. Soich. Really you're going to follow this word almost all of the time because in a one syllable word that has an ER it's irrelevant whether it's in the beginning, middle or end, it just is, but in a two syllable word it needs to be in the beginning or the middle, or a three syllable word, beginning, middle, but not the end because your ER endings, if you remember are the ones that you're, usually going to become dropped. You're usually dropping your Rs on your endings. So, you know, this is poifect coive. The oith woim had a poifect coive. Let's practice already."
