"So we just finished putting color in her crease, and we also did the base. With this look, I want to stick with the neutrals, so as far as eyeliner's concerned, I'm going to stay away from the pencil since it's so clean, such a clean look. I'm going to use powder. So I'm going to go in, and I have a really small tip brush that I like to use. I'm going to dip it in the powder, powder is nicer to blend out if you need to correct anything. So I'm going to run this shadow slightly over the top of her lash line, not too thick because it would close up the eye more. But it just gives it a nice little softness that defines it enough. If it's too thick with the powder you can just take another brush and just blend it up. It's all about blending. You can even use your finger and smudge the line. I'm also going to do the same underneath the eye. In this case, I'm only going to run it about a third of the way through. I'm going to wipe off my brush, and I'm going to blend the rest in, just along her lash line. Smudge if you need to with your finger. "
