"Okay, so I just finished doing the concealer under Nicole's eyes, and I'm going to move on to foundation. What you want to do, is when you mix your foundation, you always want to check on lighter skin tones, between the neck and the cheek area is a good place to check. You want to make sure it's just slightly darker than what you want because you are going to be adding powder on top of this numerous times, so take that into consideration when you're mixing. On a darker skin tone you want to go into matching the center of the face, you don't want to be matching the outside of the face. And you want to be careful with what you're mixing because darker skin tones can tend to get ashy as well. So match the center of a darker complected person, from the center not on the side. I have my foundation already mixed up. I'm going to use a foundation brush, and a sponge, and I'm going to apply. Just be careful around the hairline, try to keep it away, and I'll mix that in with a sponge later. I'm not worried about any blemishes that I need to cover right now, I'm going to get back and get those after, before I powder. We're just doing a simple like all American girl kind of look, I don't want a heavy base, that's why I stayed away from the cream and used liquid instead. "
