"So this is my model, Nicole Drake. And we're going to prep her skin for makeup application. So, it's nice to look at the model first and see how dry or oily their skin is before you use anything. Some models have been using say Acutane and things like that and you just got to watch for peeling skin and things like that. So, with Nicole her skins very nice, it's not too oily, not too dry. So, I'm just going to go over it, her face is clean right now. I'm just going to go over it with some witch hazel just to kind of tone it down and just give myself a clean surface so I know there is nothing on it that I need to worry about. Nicole has longer hair; I'm going to clip her hair back so it's not in my way. Then I've already applied some witch hazel on a cotton swab. So, I'm going to go over her skin and just lightly take off any residue that might still be there. Witch hazel is really gentle. Most people don't have any kind of reaction to it, and aren't opposed to having it used on their skin. Some people use facial products that might have a reaction or have an ingredient in it that would react to something that you're using. So always, always ask them if they are using anything on their skin or if they have an allergy, because you never know. But, witch hazel's a good thing just to; just it's something I like to use. It's safe, and it works for me. "
