"TRAVIS JOHNS: Hi. I'm Travis Johns for Expert Village, and I'm talking to you about delivering items safely and quickly. You have a lot of options when delivering your final hard copy DVDs or CDs to a client. When you're delivering these items, it's important to remember that they could possibly break in transit. DVDs could shatter if they're stepped on or who knows what, so you want to make sure that you take precautions so that none of these will happen. Obviously, DVDs and CDs should be in plastic jewel cases. It also doesn't hurt to put them inside bubble-wrapped mailers. The bottom line is you don't want to put all this work, time and energy into a project, get a CD or a DVD burned, and have it mailed to the client and have it smashed or ruined on the way to them. You also want to make sure that when they get it, it's going to work that they don't receive an item and it doesn't play or something has gone wrong. You want to make sure that you double check anything that you're burning for a client. Anything you're providing to them, make sure that it works in multiple computers, that it plays on multiple DVD players. You also want to make sure that you include any paperwork that the client has requested whether that is release forms, invoices, any sort of notes, anything they're going to need to use any of the files you provided to them."
