"So now you have the bottom three notes of this pentatonic minor scale and that's the scale that's sort of evolved for the Native American Flute into the 21st Century. The notes were more random in early days, but nowadays the pentatonic is pretty much where the flutes are turning out and you've got the bottom notes like this. So I'll try that one more time. Then the next note above that, you actually skip one finger and open the middle finger of the other hand. The note above that one you just lift the top finger of all and leave this third one on. So now you can go from bottom to top the whole scale. Try it!"
