"Lesson number two is using the chest and the hips while moving side to side with your body. Use the body. If you don't use the body, you're going to stay dry with the dance. So what you do is you move, you rock from side to side. You go one, two, one, and two. There's another way to rock, you go one and two. You bring shoulder forwards. You go one, two, one, two, one, and two. Now the end of it, it goes like this. One, two, three, four, one, two, three, four. Look where I'm putting my hands. Up here. Why I do that? To stay loose. If you loose you're going to dance. If you're not loose, you look like you miming or something else. OK? Now, one I use my shoulders. All I added is one and two is the body move and leaning. Look. So it goes like this. That's lesson two, the chest and the hips."
