Hi, my name is Tim Ambrosius. I'm a professional guitar technician. And, I'm going to show you how to clean out the electronics on your electric guitar. First, what you need is some electronic lubricant. Any type will do. And, we're going to need a little allen wrench to get the knob of the electric acoustic, or the electric off. It has a little allen screw right down there, a hex screw. Just loosen that. And then, it should pull off. What you need to do, is just take a little of this and you'll want to get it in the sides down here right where you can see it spin. So, what we'll do is just spray a little in there. And then, just twist it. You just want to twist it just five or six times to work it in there a little bit. Spray it a little more. Twist it again. And then, just replace the knob back on it. That's how you do it for the knob, and then switch is just as easy. We just have a three-way switch. Just spray it down in that area down there where all the contacts are. Then switch it to the other position. It usually helps when you have a little hose or nozzle on the end of that that will stretch out and get it in there cleaner. Then just switch the switch back and forth a bunch of times. Then do it again. There you go. Then, you'll just want to clean it up. And, that's how you clean out the electronics on your guitar.
