What I'm going to show you now is the arm wave. Stretch your arms to the side, flex your wrist, start from your fingers and point down your fingers. And flex the fingers, bend your elbow, straighten your elbow and lift your shoulder, take out your chest, other shoulder and elbow again and the wrist through the fingers, roll up. Again just the fingers, elbow, shoulder, chest, shoulder, elbow, wrist and fingers try to master those steps slowly. You don't want to rush it you want to do it every step at its own time, slowly. Don't think about making a wave it's about the steps if you're going to think about making a arm wave it's going to look like that. If you just think about the steps it's actually going to look like an arm wave and that's the arm wave.
