After you master it slowly just try to increase it a little bit until you get to do it fast, the body wave."

on 11/29/2009 i like this little guy. he explains the moves simmply and to the point, he moves through the dance slowly as he explains, and ends showing how it should look. very simple, very clean, to the point. good for you!!! excellent teacher!
