"What I'm going to show you now is the body wave. The body wave starts from the shoulder to the chest to the waist into the knees. Roll your shoulders forward, roll them back and take out your chest, roll back into the waist plie turn out to the knees, turn in, turn it out again, push the waist stretch the chest and shoulders. So it's chest, waist, knees in, out waist, chest, shoulders you just want to practice those slowly and then just slowly just try to do it continuously really really slow, don't try to rush it. After you master it slowly just try to increase it a little bit until you get to do it fast, the body wave."
