"Now the next move I'm going to show you is the backslide which you know as the moonwalk. What I'm going to do I'm going to get on the toe of the left leg and place all my weight onto the left leg. And just make the right leg freely slide on the floor, now I'm a little bit in there just sliding it back switching the feet same thing right leg is on the toes, left leg is sliding on the floor and sliding it back. What you don't want to happen you don't want any weight on the leg that's sliding on the floor, you want it to be like one inch in the air. Over here and switch and slide the right leg back and switch, slide the left leg back again, all the weight is on the bent leg on the toes slide the other leg, and switch slide again and switch and slide the moonwalk. Again the back slide, you slide up (moonwalking) that's the backslide also known as the moonwalk."
