What I'm going to show you now is the more advanced level of the glide it is called the slide. It's actually glide with like moving further if you want to do a cross stage. So you're going to start with the basic glide and then when you turn out just slide your left leg when you turn in just slide your right leg, turn out, slide your left leg, turn in close back, open and close. So again you start here up, down, up, down that's a slide. Now after you master the glide the next move you should advance to is the slide, it's the same thing as that glide but we're moving further away. If you want to do it like in cross stages, if you want to look more fluently so what you're going to do you're going to start with the basic glide and as you go when you turn out. You slide your left leg on the heel, and when you switch and turn your knee you slide back your right leg. Again when you turn out slide the left leg and then turn and slide the right leg so what you want to do you want to do it continuously you don't want to stop and stop and stop like the glide. You want to do fluently so you slide and you just skip in the same momentum of the slide. Again just up and open close, open, close let me show you again turn out, turn in, close turn in slide out, slide in, slide out I always like to keep my knees a little bit bent for more control so I'm not doing it straight I'm bending my knees a little bit when I'm sliding.
