"Hi I'm Tony Newton and we are going to talk about the piano here the piano is one of the greatest tools in instruments that the human being if you want to call them that can use to experience a great amount of joy and creative and imagination. So let's dig right into it and here we go. Hi I'm Tony Newton and on behalf of Expert Village and we are going to approach playing the piano and this would deal with correct body and hand position okay here we go. You want to make sure that you can sit at the piano and slouch over but you don't want to be to close so that you can't move and you don't want to be to far back. Now basically you want to try and sit with your spine erect because it would make it easier for breathing and playing and using your whole body to/for expression. Now just to show you what I mean as like I'm just going to play a simple chord and you will see my position. So that way you can get up and down on the keyboard you can move and you have perfect motion to get anywhere and use it for expression. "
