"Hi I'm Tony Newton for Expert Village and we are going to talk about transportation on the road and to and from the airport. Okay transportation first of all always allow your self a extra hour beyond of what you think, if you need to be at the airport at lets say 12 o'clock and they tell you to be there a hour ahead 11 you allow another extra hour let's say at 10 o'clock so that you can. Things happen especially when you are trying to make things good then there are these challenges there that life gives you all the time and then you have to be prepared. So always give yourself a extra hour when getting to the airport or whoever is going to like if you are going to take the shuttle to the airport, if you are going to find a friend to take to the air port or if you are going to drive to the airport and park there. Now once you get to the your destination it depends if you are in a tour or if you are doing it yourself are you going to rent a car or are you going to take a bus, shuttle to your hotel. Or is someone from the organization going to pick you up. Either way all of these each of these scenarios has to be nailed down, considerable time before you leave. Don't leave things to the last minute because you don't want to get to the airport and then your waiting for who is suppose to pick me up and why aren't they there. I have been in that situation a couple of times when people have been late picking up. Even a limousine service can be late. So you want to have the telephone numbers for everyone and you want to call them ahead enough to give them enough time so they can actually do what they where doing for you on time. Make sure this is the up most that you can your dealing with reliable people. "
