"Hi I'm Tony Newton for Expert Village and we are going to talk about airport security for musicians. Airports security will be your greatest bang if you don't watch out. First of all they have new rules now when you go through. The best thing to do is when you are going through security is when your on the way to the airport is think about what you have in your pockets and try to put as least stuff in your pocket that way you don't have to take it all out at the security gate. Or take a brief case with you and put all of that little stuff into the briefcase so you can just open up the briefcase and then you have to take out a lot of stuff cause these days you got to take off your shoes. Cause you shoes has/they would trigger the security and your watch would trigger security so you want to be very careful on in objects that you carry on you so they would actually confiscate articles as well so you have to be very careful of what your actually taking. Like you can't take a nail file or a nail clip even those things for guitars and you know I had a problem one time with my allenwrench for adjusting my brig and they took it. Right so these are things that you should put in your store luggage, your two main baggage and don't put those don't carry them on you. I had my allenwrench in my wallet and it went through and they confiscated it. So just keep all of these things in mind cause airport security can really be a drag. "
